Riverside, Rhode Island · SAM-registered small business

One company. Three ways into public-sector work.

Quick Brown Fox is the parent of a government contracting practice, Good Stuart, and QBF Solutions. Each one helps American businesses win, deliver, or supply work for schools, cities, and the federal government. Underneath all three runs the same web and AI engineering team that built them.

The company

A web studio that learned how the government buys.

Quick Brown Fox started as a web design and development studio building sites for nonprofits, municipalities, and government agencies. Winning that work meant answering their RFPs, and answering RFPs taught us public procurement from the inside: where the solicitations are posted, what a compliant response looks like, and why most small companies never bid.

That knowledge became two more businesses. Good Stuart handles the bids for companies that sell to schools and cities. QBF Solutions is a registered prime contractor supplying precision machined parts to federal and OEM programs. The government contracting practice ties them together, and the original studio now builds the software and AI systems that run all of it.

Divisions

Three businesses, one way of working.

Find the work you can win, explain why it fits, do the paperwork, and stay accountable for the result. Each division applies that to a different market.

Government contracting

Quick Brown Fox Government Contracting

Win government, school, and nonprofit contracts without losing days to paperwork.

A done-for-you RFP pipeline for agencies, consultancies, and professional-service firms that want public-sector clients but cannot spare a week per proposal. We find the solicitations, screen them against what you actually sell, and build the complete branded response: proposal, pricing, forms, and affidavits. An independent audit checks every package against the RFP before it reaches you. You review, sign, and submit.

There is no upfront fee and no finder's fee. You pay a success fee when you win. The same practice runs Quick Brown Fox's own federal bidding on DLA solicitations, which is where QBF Solutions came from.

Good Stuart

Schools and cities buy what you sell. We handle the bids.

Bidding is a full-time job, and nobody at your company has it. Good Stuart finds the public-sector work you can win, tells you why it fits, and writes the response. You sign it.

It runs in two lanes that never mix. For state and local buyers, that means narrative proposals for schools, municipalities, housing authorities, and public agencies. For federal supply, it means DLA quotes where we tell you what the item went for last time and handle the quote. Either way, the work is done by people who have written and submitted public bids for years, and the first conversation is a demonstration, not a pitch.

QBF Solutions

CNC machining and NSN parts for government and OEM programs.

The precision manufacturing division of Quick Brown Fox LLC. QBF Solutions is a SAM-registered small-business prime contractor that manages machining programs end to end: quoting, drawing review, traveler generation, first-article verification, quality documentation, and delivery. One point of accountability for the buyer.

Production runs through a vetted network of ISO 9001:2015 certified U.S. manufacturing partners, from prototype through production quantities, for aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, robotics, and instrumentation programs. A separate catalog of more than 8,500 stocked NSN parts covers fasteners, fittings, bearings, and hardware for DLA and prime-contractor demand.

Quick Brown Fox Web · AI

The engineering team under all three.

Quick Brown Fox began as a web studio, and it still is one. Today that team builds websites and web applications for clients, and the AI systems that run our other divisions. We use AI where it does real work and say so when it does not.

Service

AI Website Rescue & Recovery

You got far with AI tools, then hit bugs you do not understand. We take over sites built with AI builders, fix what is broken, finish what is missing, and hand back a site you can maintain.

AI agents for procurement

Our RFP engine uses AI agents to sweep procurement portals and SAM.gov, read every page of a solicitation, and draft the response. A separate adversarial audit agent then checks compliance, formatting mandates, submission method, and the math before a person reviews it. It has caught pricing leaking into technical volumes, missed font requirements, and cost-sheet totals off by thousands.

Custom software

Portals, dashboards, and integrations

Client portals, opportunity dashboards, quoting tools, and the connective code between them, built on WordPress, React, and Node. Our own portals score each opportunity's fit and explain the reasoning in plain English so a client never has to open the PDF.

Websites

Sites built as infrastructure

Design and development for nonprofits, municipalities, government, and businesses that need a site to keep working for years, not a campaign. WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, managed hosting, maintenance, speed optimization, and SEO. Past work includes the Newsweek relaunch.

We also work as a fractional CTO for owners deciding where AI actually belongs in their operation. Sometimes the honest answer is that it does not, and we will tell you that too.
